Swimsuits

BL 8.2 In swimming competitions the competitor must wear only one swimsuit in one or two pieces. No additional items, like arm bands or leg bands shall be regarded as parts of a swimsuit.

BL 8.3 From January 1, 2010 swimwear for men shall not extend above the navel nor below the knee, and for women, shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulder, nor shall extend below knee. All swimsuits shall be made from textile materials.

Caps

Rule 3.3.2a    The cap may display the name and/or number of the competitor, school or mascot.

Rule 3.3.2b    Advertising or name other than that permitted in 3-3-2c is prohibited.

Rule 3.3.2c    A single visible manufacturer's logo/trademark/reference, no more than 2 1/4 square inches is permitted.

Rule 3.3.2d    An American flag, not to exceed 2X3 inches, and either a commemorative or memorial patch, not to exceed 4 square inches.
